Please send all CLEAR requests through the SPR main phone line at (512) 501-3200, toll free at (800) 626-3142, or send an email to SM.AS.FOD.SPR@usda.gov for assistance. If you leave a message on the mainline, it will automatically generate an email to the Official mailbox.

CLEAR Calls, voicemails, and emails requests between the hours of 6:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday-Friday will be processed within 1-hour. Requests received after 4:00 pm Monday-Friday will be addressed no later than 2 hours after the opening of the following business day.
